Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is an iconic 100-story supertall skyscraper at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, soaring 1,049 feet to become the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan and the tallest in Florida. Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners, the building was conceptually designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott in collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects, resembling a pile of nine unevenly stacked glass cubes. All 360 residential interiors are designed by award-winning San Francisco firm BAMO. Residences are available as fully furnished junior suites (500+ SF) and fully finished one-to-four-bedroom private homes (718 to 3,828 SF) and penthouses up to 12,302 SF, all featuring 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, custom Italian kitchen cabinetry curated by BAMO, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, smart-home technology with a custom Waldorf Astoria Residences app, and contemporary lighting packages. The lower floors (1–39) house a 205-key Waldorf Astoria hotel with Peacock Alley, a signature restaurant, all-day dining brasserie, and immersive resort-style pool. Residential amenities include a private pool deck with whirlpools, owners' lounge with billiards and panoramic bay views, private bar and wine tasting room, Waldorf Astoria Kids Club, 24-hour concierge, valet, and live-in resident manager. Residents also enjoy exclusive access to hotel services including spa, restaurant, and beach services with shuttle to Miami Beach.
