Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences is a striking 49-story tower at 3501 NE 1st Avenue, located at the intersection of Miami's Design District and Midtown, directly across from Biscayne Bay. Developed by Terra and Lion Development Group, the project marks Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first foray into residential real estate. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by the renowned Yabu Pushelberg, the 329 condominium residences are offered in one-to-four-bedroom configurations with 10- to 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, continuous balconies, and two unique interior palettes — Dawn and Dusk. Kitchens are designed in collaboration with Jean-Georges himself, featuring Gaggenau stainless appliances, Volcano Red Granite countertops, Yohen Border ceramic tile backsplashes, and Italian wood cabinetry. Residences start at approximately 852 SF for one bedrooms and go up to 2,373 SF for three bedrooms. The building features over 41,000 sq ft of amenities including a resort-style pool with private cabanas, landscaped gardens, outdoor theater, spa, salon, cold plunges, treatment rooms, juice bar, podcast studio, chef's kitchen, private rooftop dining, bar lounges, squash court, and ping pong. On the ground floor, Jean-Georges will operate a 10,000 SF trilogy of his ABC restaurants (ABC Kitchen, ABC Cocina, and ABCV). Residents enjoy signature food, beverage, and service programming curated by the chef, including entertainment menus, personalized catering, pantry stocking, and in-residence dining.
