The Standard Residences Midtown Miami is a boutique 12-story building located in the heart of Midtown, steps from Wynwood and the Design District. Developed by Rosso Development and Midtown Development in partnership with Standard International, and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, the project features 228 fully appointed, move-in ready pieds-à-terre ranging from studios (432 SF) to two bedrooms (up to 965 SF). Each residence features 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, contemporary open-concept kitchens with Bosch appliances, premium wood-inspired ceramic flooring, custom bathrooms with double vanities and dual shower heads with brass fixtures, and in-unit washer/dryer. The building offers 34,000+ SF of amenities including a tropically landscaped resort-style rooftop deck with a 60-foot swimming pool, whirlpool spa, cabanas, and outdoor rain showers; a global-inspired rooftop restaurant and bar with poolside service and on-demand delivery to residences; a screening room; vibrant social floor with lounge, karaoke bar, gourmet kitchen, and pickleball court; a fitness center with indoor/outdoor yoga, infrared saunas, and meditation studio; co-working spaces with Zoom rooms and private boardroom; and a pet grooming spa.
