Pagani Residences is a 28-story boutique luxury condominium in North Bay Village, developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Pagani Arte — the interior design division of Pagani Automobili. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, the tower offers 70 all-corner residences with only four units per floor, guaranteeing maximum privacy. Residences range from 2 to 4 bedrooms spanning 2,000 to 3,300 sq ft, with penthouses reaching up to 6,900 sq ft of interior and 4,400 sq ft of outdoor living. Every home features 11-foot ceilings, private ensuite elevators, expansive terraces of 800–1,040 sq ft, Italian Schiffini kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, Noorth soaking tubs, Travertine walls, and Gessi fixtures. Amenities include a 27th-floor fitness center, spa with Biscayne Bay views, rooftop pool and Sky Lounge, 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and dedicated Pilates and yoga studios.
